Career Navigator

A comprehensive approach to achieving career objectives

This proprietary career development tool matches information on career levels for job titles within functional areas to the skills needed to achieve those levels. It also provides information on opportunities available to develop those skills. This unique approach is designed to help employees chart their own career course, within and across disciplines.

NextGen

Devoted to identifying and building next generation leaders

Employees that have been with Corbett Accel for at least 2 years and are considered high-potential, high-performing individuals can take advantage of the NextGen personal career development program. During this full-year program, candidates come together periodically for individual and group sessions with career coaches and Corbett Accel executives. Designed to build business acumen and strategic thinking skills, the program is customized for each individual's career goals and learning styles.

BestBoss

An innovative approach to training progressive-minded managers

BestBoss is a proprietary initiative to help people become more effective managers. It provides formalized resources and support for managers to continuously learn and adapt as they progress. Targeted for middle managers, BestBoss provides customized training tailored to the individual's role in the organization. By teaching three major principles of effective management–Mentoring, Modeling, and Motivating–we improve our quality of leadership, company-wide.

In addition, Corbett Accel Healthcare Group encourages our employees to continue their education in the business, strategy, and medical science disciplines. We offer tuition assistance for continuing education in addition to the Frank J. Corbett Health Marketing Scholarship Program.
